68Ge/68Ga generator
IRE ELiT's 68Ge/68Ga generator is a compact device which can produce 68Ga. Sterile 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid eluent is inside the generator, and 68Ga can be eluted by creating a negative pressure condition using a vacuum vial or automated synthesis module. The eluted 68Ga is used to synthesise 68Ga-labelled PET agents and can be used for PET (Positron Emission Tomography) imaging, a type of nuclear medicine scanning.
